We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Director - UI/UX to serve as a guide and mentor for our design team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and the design team, ensuring that client requirements are fully understood and translated into innovative, user-centered designs. You will directly communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide creative insights, and guide the team in developing high-quality design solutions that align with the clients vision.

- Engage with clients to gather design requirements, understand their objectives, and translate them into clear creative briefs for the team
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Present design concepts and strategies to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions
- Guide and mentor the UI/UX design team to ensure the development of innovative, user-focused design solutions that meet client expectations
- Provide creative direction for user interfaces (UI), user experiences (UX), and print materials, maintaining a balance between creativity and usability
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas that align with client goals and brand guidelines
- Review and refine design work, ensuring consistency and high quality across all digital and print media projects
- Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure smooth implementation of design concepts
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and guide the team in applying them to keep the company at the forefront of industry standards
- Oversee the design process, from wireframing and prototyping to final visual design, ensuring alignment with the projects objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing, to align creative designs with technical constraints and marketing strategies
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality design work within project timelines and meets or exceeds client expectations
- Mentor, inspire, and coach the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-impact design solutions for websites
- Proven experience in providing creative direction and feedback, with an emphasis on mentoring and guiding design teams rather than direct management
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to present ideas, gather feedback, and build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies
- Deep understanding of both digital and print design, with experience in responsive web design, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on time
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
