Creative Development
- Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations that align with project requirements.
- Work closely with designers and developers to integrate visual elements seamlessly.
- Implement animations and interactive content using Adobe Animate, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Optimize content for performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team regarding best practices in animation and motion graphics.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in motion graphics and animation.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- 5-8 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and interactive content development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Animate, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder).
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
