Summary

As an Embedded QA Tester at CIG, you will work closely with the Cinematics team to ensure the quality of cinematic scenes within the single-player campaign of Squadron 42. This role involves testing the tools used to create these scenes, providing feedback on the overall feel of the cinematics, and creating test levels to evaluate new features and their interaction with existing and new cinematic scenes. You will also be responsible for recording playthrough videos of entire levels and cinematic sequences, showcasing the level and scene progression to the Cinematic Team. This position requires a strong understanding of game production and testing procedures, along with the ability to identify and isolate issues systematically.

This role will focus on supporting the Cinematics team in their tasks to create set pieces within the single player campaign of Squadron 42. The successful person will be in charge of testing the tools used to create these pieces as well as providing feedback on the overall feel of the cinematics scenes. As the tester assigned to the team, your work will directly affect the quality of the scenes used in the final version of Squadron 42 in addition to being part of the narrative driven aspect of the title dealing with the branching story options.
