The Employee Advisor Eastern Europe will serve as the primary point of contact for employee experience matters, handling inquiries, grievances, and escalations. This role requires strong HR knowledge, particularly regarding Austrian labor laws (a plus), excellent communication skills (German and English are essential, other Eastern European languages are beneficial), and the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with tact and objectivity. Responsibilities include intake of employee concerns, support for HR partners and managers, policy enforcement and awareness building, payroll input review, proactive communication, wellbeing support, training delivery, and collaboration on employee experience improvement initiatives. The role involves visiting Tesla locations to engage directly with employees.
