Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including Software Engineers. Drive bulk hiring and staff augmentation efforts to meet high-volume hiring needs. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical positions across Canada and the USA. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop sourcing strategies. Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate management, job postings, and tracking recruitment progress. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Stay updated on market trends and hiring practices in Canada and the USA.
Must have:
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (Software Engineering)
  • Expertise in bulk hiring and staff augmentation
  • Familiarity with international hiring (Canada, USA)
  • Zoho Recruit or similar ATS experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
