We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Talent Acquisition Coordinators to assist in managing our recruitment efforts.

Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes at SmartRemote. This internship will provide hands-on experience in coordinating interviews, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring smooth recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interview sessions with candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Manage candidate information and track the recruitment progress using internal tools.
  • Handle communication with candidates, including coordinating availability and sending interview reminders.
  • Add candidates to Slack channels for onboarding and collaboration.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Maintain organized records of interview schedules, candidate feedback, and status updates.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with using Slack and other communication tools is a plus.
  • Located in India and available to start immediately.
