- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy management or related field.
- Proven track record of implementing successful energy-saving initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of building energy systems and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in energy management and building automation systems.
- Experience with energy audits, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills, managing multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English skills.
- Willingness to stay informed about energy efficiency regulations and trends.
- Professional certification such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or LEED AP preferred
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and energy simulation software
- German language skills are a plus

- Identify and propose energy saving opportunities through detailed audits and evaluations.
- Manage and optimize building automation systems to improve energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-saving initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with energy efficiency regulations and sustainability standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports on energy consumption, savings, and sustainability metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in building energy management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies and technology providers.
- Lead and coordinate energy-related training programs for employees and building users.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in energy management systems and building automation technologies.
- Experience with energy audits, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and energy simulation software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
