Job Description

This role as Esports Manager for PUBG Mobile in the Central and Eastern European region involves managing teams, overseeing content creation and distribution, planning and executing professional and amateur esports events, and analyzing data to optimize performance. Responsibilities include team recruitment, event planning, content strategy, community engagement, and data analysis to enhance the gaming experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, along with fluency in English and ideally, Eastern European languages.

Must have:

1-3 years esports/gaming experience
Esports event execution/promotion experience
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong communication & data analysis skills
Team management and content creation

Good to have:

Eastern European language proficiency
Experience with PUBG Mobile esports

岗位职责

负责PUBG MOBILE在东欧地区的战队邀约、管理，以及战队相关内容宣发
负责东欧地区职业赛事与业余赛事的规划与执行，保障赛事内容高品质稳定产出
负责东欧地区所有电竞相关赛事内容及话题规划，协同市场、社区进行宣发传播
持续探索东欧地区玩家对于电竞赛事的内容偏好，并优化地区内的赛程赛制、战力平衡、宣传话题等
日常关注赛事数据与舆情，定期输出赛事总结
日常关注地区内头部电竞品牌动态，定期输出总结

岗位要求

1-3年电竞/游戏行业经验，有电竞赛事执行/电竞宣发相关经验优先
英文流畅，可用于日常书面/口语交流，有东欧地区小语种能力者优先
责任心强，有较强的自驱力和数据分析意识，有一定的抗压能力
沟通能力强，擅长梳理和总结，能够与中外同事共事
