Facilities Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Facilities Leader to oversee critical infrastructure and systems in our locomotive assembly production facility. This role is responsible for managing compressed air systems, HVAC, equipment maintenance, power distribution, and CAPEX projects. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal facility operations to support our production goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management and infrastructure improvements

- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of compressed air systems crucial for production

- Manage HVAC systems to maintain optimal working conditions and meet production requirements

- Lead equipment maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency

- Oversee power distribution and electrical systems, ensuring reliability and safety

- Plan, budget, and execute CAPEX projects related to facility improvements and expansions

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices

- Collaborate with production teams to align facility capabilities with manufacturing needs

- Develop and implement energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable practices - Lead a team of facilities management professionals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred); MBA or Master's in a related field is a plus

- 6+ years of experience in facilities management or in same industry

- Extensive knowledge of industrial systems, including compressed air, HVAC, and power distribution

- Strong background in equipment maintenance and reliability engineering

- Managing large-scale CAPEX projects in a manufacturing environment - Familiarity with locomotive production processes is highly desirable

- Implementing process improvements and cost-saving measures

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance in industrial settings
