Job Description
Finance Associate sought by Animoca Brands Limited in Japan. 3+ years of accounting/finance experience is required. Native English & intermediate Japanese communication skills are essential. Experience with web3 and Japanese Tax Regulations are key.

Job Details
The Finance Associate will be responsible for the overall consolidation process and review of cross-company transactions, this person will coordinate, manage and support monthly consolidation close activities for timeliness, partnering with the entire team and business units to support the consolidations and internal/external reporting processes.

- Monthly and annual financial statements
- Billing management and payment
- Budget management
- Investment portfolio management
- Shareholder communication
- 月次決算・年次決算業務
- 支払業務・請求書管理
- 予算管理
- 投資先管理
- 株主対応
Requirements/必須スキル
- 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Native or near-native communication skills in English
- Intermediate or more communication skills in Japanese (writing and reading)
- Basic knowledge and experience of web3 industry
- Basic knowledge and experience of Japanese Tax Regulations
- Experience working for both large companies and start-ups
- 3年以上の事業会社での財務・経理業務経験をお持ちの方
- ネイティブレベルの英語力
- 日常会話レベルの日本語力（特に読み書き）
- Web3に関する知識、経験
- 税務に関する知識、経験
- 大企業・スタートアップ企業両方の勤務経験
- オフィスで働くことに抵抗感のない方
