Job Description:
As a Functional Consultant for Finance or Finance + PMA, you will be involved from the stage of pre-sales to post-production support and is responsible in engaging with the business users to understand their current process, build the process to product mapping and implement best possible solution using Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
You will be leading Solution Design sessions, assisting with configuration, assisting with data migration deliverables, creating required interface design documents, functional design documents, work with ISV team for implementation or to troubleshoot complex issues.
Depending upon the size of the implementation, you might have to lead the team or at times, even work as an individual contributor.
Competencies:
• 7 - 15 Years experience as a consultant with implementation of Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferably in a global/multi-country scenario
• At least 2-3 end-to-end implementations completed in D365 F&O.
• Can lead Fit-Gap analysis & Functional Solutioning
• Deep implementation knowledge of Finance Modules (AP/AR/O2C/P2P etc.), Project management and accounting and SCM,
• Experience with ISVs like SK Global, Avalara etc. will be an advantage.
• Having a good experience of “Project Management & Accounting” module in D365 F&O & project Operations.
• As a PMA specialist, experience with set up, configure and implementation of “Project Management & Accounting” module and Resources and timesheet management in D365 F&O
• Hands on experience in integrations is must with multiple systems for finance and Project management accounting modules.
• Experience/knowledge of ‘Inventory Management’ and ‘HR’ is an added advantage.
• Strong background in overall ERP project Implementation life cycle, proven expertise in execution of project and workforce utilization.
• Hands-on experience with Data Migration is must.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Should be able to engage from offshore with business users (global) to drive workshops, testing and trainings.
• Assist the business users in defining the business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Work with F&O Technical team members and assist them with customization. • Work with Project Team on D365 F&O customizations testing, roll-out, and post-live support. • Educate and train the Key Users for F&O implementation.
• Handhold support to customers during UAT, Go Live and Hype care phase.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business processes and business practices. • Team Management with experience in preparing learning plans for team members.
Skills Required:
• Specialization in Finance modules
• If applying as PMA specialist, then Project Management and accounting/ costing, Integration with Project operations.
• Fluent in English and overall Presentation skills • Consulting skills Good to have: • Experience in Global rollouts
• Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance/Operations)
• Onsite/ Client engagement experience
• Exposure to Pre-sales, POC, solution demos to clients
• US Visa (B1/B2 / H1B)
• Certifications like CBAP, PMP
