Finance Operations Manager

Vi is looking for a strategic and driven Finance Operations Manager to oversee FP&A, customer agreements, revenue operations, and legal compliance. This pivotal role requires accurate financial planning, smooth contract execution, and billing efficiency, and works closely with sales, legal, customer success, and accounting.

• FP&A & Reporting: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, tracking key SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC, etc.)
• Customer Agreements & Revenue Operations: Manage contract lifecycle, billing schedules, and collections, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies
• Legal & Compliance: Support contract reviews, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal
• Process Optimization: Automate and improve billing, revenue tracking, and financial systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, PayEm)
• Accounting: support the ongoing accounting process and finance team tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting
• 3+ years in finance operations, FP&A, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS
• Experience with contracts, billing, and revenue processes
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metrics knowledge
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and billing tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills with both tactical and strategic stakeholders 
• Completion of an internship at one of the Big 4 accounting firms - bonus
