Job Description

As a Game Growth BD Manager at Yodo1, you'll drive business development for growth and publishing products/services. Responsibilities include identifying and closing high-value deals across ad mediation, user acquisition, and publishing; building and managing a strong pipeline of mid-to-large game studios; leading negotiations and owning the full sales cycle; collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions; using HubSpot for tracking and reporting; and representing Yodo1 at industry events. This role requires 5+ years of experience in gaming BD/sales, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, a strong network of mobile game studios, and excellent communication skills. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility and work-from-anywhere capabilities.

We are looking for a BD with 5+ years in gaming, strong industry network, and a track record of closing large deals.

What We Expect

You will:

  • Identify and close high-value deals across ad mediation, user acquisition, and publishing

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-to-large game studios

  • Lead negotiations and own the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contract

  • Collaborate with Product, UA, and Publishing teams to tailor solutions for each partner

  • Use HubSpot to track deals, manage communication, and report on pipeline performance

  • Represent Yodo1 at industry events and build long-term relationships in the gaming space

Must have:

  • 5+ years of BD or sales experience in the gaming industry

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals in ad monetization, UA, or publishing

  • Strong network of mid-to-large mobile game studios

  • Solid understanding of F2P mobile games, monetization models, and growth levers

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage the full sales cycle

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English

Bonus points:

  • Experience selling SaaS products or services to mobile game developers

  • Familiarity with the China publishing process, including ISBN, ICP, and third-party store distribution

  • Additional language skills (e.g. Chinese, Russian, Turkish) to support global outreach
