In Summary:

Join us as a Gaming Integrations Coordinator, collaborating with our team to configure games, maintain the lobby, and ensure smooth integration. You'll be working with our amazing Product team on a fully remote basis. 

The Job:

• Collaborate with the Head of Gaming Operations / Product Manager to configure games in the Back Office according to the brands roadmap.
• Request and support new brand requests for providers as per requirements set out by the Head of Gaming Operations.
• Assist the Head of Content in setting up and maintaining multiple client lobby.
• Support the Integrations team in configuring supplier settings to facilitate smooth integration processes.
• Conduct testing on casino games to ensure they are configured correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to games configurations and integrations.
  

What you already have:·     

• Experience working in the iGaming industry (online casino platforms), ideally as a Games QA, with a strong understanding of different types of games and their functionalities.
• Understanding of system integration concepts and experience working with APIs.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to online gaming.
• "Can-do" attitude, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
