In Summary:
The technical writer will support our Head of Documentation in producing and maintaining high-quality documentation for various audiences, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout.
Our aim is to have a single source of truth for all our product features and tools, enabling teams, users and clients to have complete confidence in the material that we deliver.
Your day to day:
- Technical documentation for clients e.g. API documentation, back end and front end, process flows
- Feature guides for implementation of new tools and functions
- How-to articles
- Release Notes for internal use and for clients
- Update and maintain existing documentation in line with all the releases
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years technical writing experience
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Background in software development or IT
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proactive and inquisitive nature
Nice to Have:
- iGaming, Payments or CMS experience
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with Jira
- Desire to understand how things work
- Experience of using a technical authoring tool
