The specialist will conduct A/B tests, collaborate with creative teams to develop ad assets, and identify growth opportunities. They will also manage ad budgets and stay updated with marketing trends. They should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid marketing platforms, along with strong analytical skills.

Job Details

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. You'll collaborate with the creative, product, and growth teams to drive user acquisition and retention through paid campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with ad platforms, optimising funnels, and scaling campaigns with precision.


Responsibilities:

·    Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.

·    Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

·    Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.

·    Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad assets.

·    Identify growth opportunities through market trends, audience insights, and platform tools.

·    Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

·    Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure ROI-driven execution.


Requirements:

·    Min 1 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.

·    Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid marketing platforms.

·    Strong analytical skills and comfort working with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, or Mixpanel.

·    Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and UTM tagging.

·    Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.

·    Good understanding of creatives and landing page impact on performance.

·    Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.

·    Bonus: Experience with app marketing (install campaigns), influencer-led performance marketing, or affiliate partnerships.
