As the Group Head- Brand Management, you will play a key role at LA, responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving the success of brand campaigns along with achieving excellence in the business as usual. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong team management skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising.
Key responsibilities:
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives and develop tailored digital strategies that align with their goals.
-Develop and implement strategic brand plans that leverage digital channels to enhance brand presence and meet client objectives.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, technology and others, to ensure cohesive and effective brand campaigns.
-Manage clients and internal stakeholders, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.
-Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
-Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
-Continue to achieve excellence in the business as usual deliveries and ensure smooth running of your accounts.
