Job Description
As our Post Production Manager, you’ll be the final gatekeeper before content goes live. You’ll ensure every episode is polished, on-brand, and immersive—across visuals, audio, and pacing. Key responsibilities include reviewing episode cuts, ensuring audio quality, checking subtitle accuracy, maintaining visual standards, resolving any cultural insensitivities or visual inconsistencies, and coordinating with different teams to deliver on time.
Must have:
- Proven experience managing post-production workflows
- Sharp eye for detail in editing, storytelling, and aesthetics
- Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Experience with vertical short-format content (Reel/Shorts/Microdramas)

Experience: 4+ years in video post-production, ideally in digital/short-form content
About the Role:
As our Post Production Manager, you’ll be the final gatekeeper before content goes live. You’ll ensure every episode is polished, on-brand, and immersive—across visuals, audio, and pacing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review episode cuts for pacing, structure, and cliffhanger strength
- Ensure audio quality—dialogue sync, music layering, and mixing are broadcast-ready
- Check subtitle accuracy, style consistency, and proper sync
- Maintain visual standards—color grading, transitions, text overlays, etc.
- Flag and resolve any cultural insensitivities, tonal issues, or visual inconsistencies
- Coordinate with editors, dubbing teams, and creative supervisors to deliver on time
You Should Have:
- Proven experience managing post-production workflows
- Sharp eye for detail in editing, storytelling, and aesthetics
- Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
