Job Description

The Head of Brand at Growe will develop and implement strategic brand marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and perception. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns across events and digital channels, managing the brand team with clear objectives and KPIs, managing budgets effectively, creating KPIs for affiliate brand promotion, collaborating with the acquisition department, and researching new brand activation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of brand marketing experience, including 1+ year in a lead or head role, proven brand growth results, experience in new market entry, and advanced English skills. Affiliate marketing experience is a plus. The role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, self-organization, and teamwork.

  • Manage brand marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to different initiatives and channels based on their potential for driving brand growth and impact;

  • Create KPI of affiliate brand promotion and evaluate the effectiveness of affiliate brand activities;

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the acquisition department to ensure alignment and integration of brand messaging and values across Growe Partners;

  • Research opportunities for new brand activation campaigns and stay up-to-date on industry trends & news.

We need your professional experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing;

  • Over 1 year of experience in Lead or Head positions;

  • Experience in building brand strategies and proven brand growth results;

  • Experience in entering new markets and building brand awareness;

  • Experience with the affiliate marketing (would be a plus);

  • Advanced English.
