Head of iLottery Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Head of Delivery to lead our end-to-end delivery operations for a high-performing Business Unit generating revenues of over € 60M. This role will manage a delivery team of 20-30 people, ensuring the smooth execution of multiple projects in a complex environment with diverse customers and vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving timely deliveries that align with our business growth and strategic goals.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a delivery team of 20-30 people, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance across various projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, managing multiple customers and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows and processes, ensuring scalability, and delivering consistent project outcomes.
• Ensure projects meet all quality criteria and are delivered within agreed time-to-market (TTM) targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring successful project deliveries.
• Implement project management best practices (Agile/Scrum), ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, development, commercial) to align delivery schedules with broader business objectives.
• Regularly report on project status, risks, and opportunities to the Head of the Business Unit.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing delivery teams of 20-30 people, ideally within iGaming or a similar environment.
• Strong project management experience in a multi-customer, multi-vendor environment, with a focus on complex and large-scale operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving team performance and development.
• Solid understanding of operational processes, with experience driving process optimization in high-revenue businesses (> € 60M).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering on time-to-market goals.
