Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the payment operations team to achieve operational excellence so that Clients can deposit and withdraw the funds from their Trading Account more efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment solutions and services
- Monitor and analyze payment trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Regularly assess Risks involved in the process and mitigate where possible
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders globally especially in Europe & APAC
- Work closely with Journey Owners, Local offices, Mission Control team, Client service Teams to ensure a seamless payment experience for clients.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and performance metrics effectively. Prepare and present reports on payments metrics and performance.
- Dive into cases and resolve issues as necessary
- Automation of manual processes.

- Proven experience in payments domain, at least 13 years
- Proven experience in leadership & team management, at least 5 years
- Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills is must
- Decision making ability in a fast-paced environment
- Educational Qualification – A post graduate, preferably a diploma/degree in Business management.
- Proven experience in managing Risks, Compliance and regulatory recommendations
- Have in-depth knowledge of payment types and formats as well as clearing systems – SWIFT Payment types, SWIFT ISO formats, Global Clearing systems like BACs, CHAPs, SEPA, TARGET, SIC.
- Must be familiar with International Sanctions & Embargoes
- Must be familiar with regulatory landscape of payments in Europe & Asia Pacific
- Demonstrate a curious, collaborative, and outgoing nature, thriving in diverse environments
