We are looking for a creative and strategic mind as Head of Social Media to revolutionize our online presence and that of our clients. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Lead your team: You and your team will be responsible for the creative development, implementation and management of content activities for various client projects. You also ensure the support and development of less experienced team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and growth
Social media strategy: You develop and implement smart social media strategies to position our customers in the gaming and esports world together with your team
Project monitoring: You keep track of all internal and external projects and work with your team to implement them in a goal-oriented and strategic manner. You will record and analyze relevant KPIs for the continuous improvement of our SM activities
Collaboration with other departments: Working closely with consulting, design and other relevant departments to ensure that our social media expertise and activities are integrated into our business funnel and that the interfaces are used effectively
Campaign management: You will also lend a hand operationally and use your knowledge in planning, managing and optimizing social media campaigns on platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Discord
Trend monitoring: You will stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure the company keeps its finger on the pulse of the times

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• Several years to many years of experience in social media, agency experience is desirable
• Deep understanding of gaming culture, communities and social media platforms
• Good intuition and experience in working with different stakeholders and external partners and their needs
• Confident handling of analysis tools to measure success and optimize social media measures
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate and develop a team
• A high degree of initiative, organizational and structuring skills
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• A passion for gaming, memes and trends

• Your home base is in Cologne or the surrounding area so that you can be in our office in Ehrenfeld regularly
