Job Description

The Supervisor, Inbound & Outbound Operations will oversee the on-site inbound and outbound operations at Flagship locations, managing Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory teams. This role involves implementing processes to balance output, communicating with other teams, maintaining accurate inventory, fulfilling orders, organizing inventory, conducting counts, and ensuring accuracy. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day processes, KPIs, manager stats, timecards, shipping, vendor relationships, and stock replenishment. The position requires working Monday-Friday with a possible Saturday shift, and the primary responsibilities are to monitor performance metrics, lead and mentor the team, respond to escalated cases, and contribute to process improvement.
Must have:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or retail
  • 3-5 years managing or supervising teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other tools
  • Excellent communication skills
Good to have:
  • 2-3 years of experience in shipping wholesale to retailers
  • Demonstrated maturity and sound judgment
  • Experience operating a hand held device
  • Experience with high end luxury goods

About the Opportunity     
We are looking to add a full time Supervisor, Inbound & Outbound Operations to oversee onsite inbound and outbound operations at Flagship locations. This role oversees the Receiving, Shipping, and Inventory teams. The role is responsible for implementing a process to strategically balance receiving output, communicating with studios and customer service on received items, maintaining accurate inventory levels, fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory locations, conducting cycle counts, and upholding overall inventory accuracy. The position is also responsible for overseeing all day-to-day inbound and outbound processes, including KPIs, manager stats, timecards, shipping, vendor relationships, and replenishing stock at retail locations. The Supervisor, Inbound & Outbound Operations will be working Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm) with a possibility of a Saturday shift in the future. Primary responsibilities will include
  • Oversee Performance and Metrics: Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics related to service volume, customer retention, and response timeliness, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights.
  • Lead, Mentor, Train, and Develop Team: Provide effective leadership, mentorship, training, development, and direction to a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment that promotes exceptional service.
  • Respond to Escalated Cases: Address escalated cases with effective remedies or solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and swift issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to developing efficient processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality.
  • Oversee and manage the shipping operations of a wholesale business, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of goods to customers ensuring that all shipping procedures are followed, including packing, labeling, and loading. 
  • Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For 
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferable 2-3 years of experience in shipping wholesale to retailers
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, retail, or similar fields
  • 3-5 years managing or supervising teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ticketing systems, Google Suite, Salesforce, and RingCentral.
  • Demonstrated maturity, poise, and sound business judgment
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at finding creative solutions through effective partnerships to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, ensuring efficient management of team operations.
  • Proficient utilization of basic computer software and phone systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, dedicated to delivering an elevated experience to both clients and employees.
  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing employees.
  • Ability to remain composed and resourceful in high-pressure situations, consistently surpassing performance quotas
  • Prior experience operating a hand held device
  • Prior experience product handling high end luxury goods
  • Prior experience working with Single SKU  inventory / knowledge
