Enverus is seeking a Principal Consultant to join their team. This role involves leveraging highly technical insights and predictive analytics to empower customers in the energy sector to make profitable decisions. The consultant will drive production and investment strategies, enable best practices in energy and commodity trading, and reduce costs through automated processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of oil and gas supply chain management, including well costs and sourcing. Proficiency in data analytics tools, excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires strong project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple client engagements effectively.

Competitive Candidate Profile
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of oil and gas supply chain management, including well costs and sourcing materials. Proven experience in operations or supply chain management within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, with Enverus PRISM and Enverus RFx being preferred, but not required.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements effectively.
Physical Demands
- Able to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions, and utilize devices typically found in an office environment.
- Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques.
