As a Keyholder, you will support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in ensuring store productivity and profitability. Your responsibilities will include creating a luxury experience for customers, achieving sales goals, supporting sales floor coverage, and managing clienteling and outreach. You will also handle visual displays, maintain store cleanliness, process returns and order pickups, and manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and supply orders. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work with multiple tech devices. You will also contribute to creating strategies based on market information to impact showroom results and provide feedback to the store manager.
