HR Intern

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time)

Workdays: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR process management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the preparation and posting of job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

HR Operations:

• Participate in onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
• Help maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior HR professionals to improve recruitment strategies and operational processes.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to ensure effective communication.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations.
