Job Description

The Executive Assistant Intern at Starkflow supports executives or senior managers in managing their daily schedules, administrative tasks, and special projects. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling communications, preparing agendas and minutes, tracking deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining records. The intern will serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external partners, handling confidential information. They will also assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing documents and reports. This is a 3-month, full-time internship based in Gurgaon, India, offering a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.

Job Details

 

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time)

Workdays: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

About the Role:

The role of an Executive Assistant Intern involves supporting executives or senior managers in managing their daily schedules, administrative tasks, and special projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate calls, video conferences, and team meetings.
  • Handle emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and summarize action points.
 

Task Management & Organization:

  • Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain to-do lists, reminders, and follow-up actions for executives.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and projects.
 

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal teams or external partners.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communicate instructions, policies, and updates from the executive.
 

Documentation & Correspondence:

  • Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and important documentation.
  • Prepare reports for senior executives as needed.




 

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling documentation.

Discretion and Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to shifting priorities.
