Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding Starkflow’s client base by identifying prospective clients, building high-quality lead lists, initiating outreach, and supporting the overall sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Research and identify prospective clients using LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and startup databases.

  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar platforms.

  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages to decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Talent Heads, etc.).

  • Track responses, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems or Excel trackers.

  • Support sales efforts by scheduling meetings, sending follow-ups, and nurturing leads via cold emails or messages.

  • Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.


What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or inside sales—preferably within IT services or recruitment.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other lead generation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase).

  • Excellent written communication skills with an ability to personalize outreach effectively.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn and grow.

  • Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring trends is a plus.
