Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Google, you'll be responsible for finding and guiding top technical talent through the hiring process. You'll develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, leveraging recruiting processes and tools to meet established goals. Responsibilities include gathering role requirements, conducting assessments, evaluating skills, managing the interview and offer process, and supporting hiring managers with their hiring strategies. You'll also contribute to improving the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience and partner with stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives. You'll use data and analytics to make the hiring process more efficient and effective. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and negotiation skills and is experienced in full-cycle recruiting and technical recruiting.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years recruiting/HR/business experience
Develop talent leveraging recruiting processes
Excellent candidate experience
Manage recruiting initiatives
Partner with stakeholders on DEI objectives

Good to have:

5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
5+ years compensation negotiation experience
5+ years technical recruiting experience
Project leadership experience

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
5 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
5 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
Experience leading projects.

Responsibilities

Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gather role requirements and recommendations.
Advocate and create an excellent experience, assessments, evaluate skills and client needs, and drive the interview and offer process.
Support hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
