Varonis seeks a highly motivated Director of Channel – East USA to lead and develop their East Channel Sales Team. Responsibilities include team leadership, sales enablement (implementing effective sales methodologies and partner enablement), CRM mastery (Salesforce), performance management, coaching and development, partner relationship management, business planning and forecasting, process implementation, resource orchestration, consultative selling, and exceeding revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have proven success leading high-performing channel teams, expertise in Salesforce, and experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry. Familiarity with data management and data security, preferably with Varonis’ solutions, is also preferred.
