The specialist will also organize team-building activities and develop strategies to strengthen organizational culture. The role focuses on employee development, recruitment, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Details

Seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist with expertise in Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Talent Management. The ideal candidate will design and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Learning & Development
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee, customer development needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback to continuously improve learning programs
- Skill matrix management/ skill gaps and recommend targeted development solutions
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed
- Understand HR audit requirements, create and implement actions plans to deliver customer HR requirements.
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Talent Management & Engagement
- Administer performance management processes
- Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover of high-performing employees
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make recommendations
- Partner with managers to address employee relations issue.
- Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Create and maintain recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and achievements
- Organize team-building activities, social events, and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace culture
- Develop strategies to strengthen organizational culture and employee connection.
