This role focuses on the technical relationship with customers during product implementation and changes. The Implementation Relationship Manager will proactively engage with customers to understand their technical and data strategy needs, ensuring they can utilize the latest versions of LSEG products. Daily tasks include managing all technical aspects of customer relationships, building strong connections with key technical contacts, conducting meetings, owning end-to-end implementation changes, addressing technical issues, providing technical advice, identifying customer readiness activities, and collaborating with various teams for project delivery.
