Job Description

This Associate Smart Building Consultant role within PwC's decarbonization team focuses on providing clients with smart building solutions to optimize maintenance, reduce energy consumption, and increase ROI. Responsibilities include integrating IoT and smart technologies, digitization across various sectors (hospitality, healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential), and developing business in the private sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of energy efficiency, smart building technologies, decarbonization strategies, and low-carbon technologies. The role involves generating leads and prioritizing future investments for client portfolios.

Must have:

Job Description & Summary: A career within the decarbonization team under the Climate and Energy vertical.

Responsibilities:

Providing latest solution and technology to the clients to integrate smart building solutions to optimize their building maintenance and reduce energy consumption driving high Return on Investment to prioritize future investments of their portfolio. Integrate IOT and Smart technologies, Digitization, in hospitality, healthcare, commercial, Industries and residential projects.

Mandatory skill sets:

Business Development in Private sector. Generate leads and have strong understanding about energy efficiency, smart building technologies and
products, decarbonisation strategy, low carbon technologies.

Education qualification:

Minimum - B.Tech
Preferred: M.Tech/ MBA
