Our team helps companies navigate the accounting and financial reporting challenges of business combinations. As part of the team, you’ll develop roadmaps of the driving economic objectives, determine the appropriate professionals needed, and consider financial reporting implications for deals.

Responsibilities:


• Delivery (60% focus)
• - Lead client engagements
independently, with very limited senior
supervision
• - Guide and develop junior team
members in preparing analysis plans (for
example, hypothesis / issue trees),
conducting research and preparing findings
• - Conduct quality control of client
deliverables
• - Manage engagement and firm risk
compliance processes
• - Lead client discussions

• Business Development (30% focus)
• - Lead conversations with PE and
corporate clients, in the sector of expertise
• - Lead proposal development
• - Bring in new business for the
practice

• People & Practice (10% focus)
• - Manage, motivate and train junior
team members
• - Support in practice priorities such as
hiring, knowledge management, risk
management, training and scheduling

Years of experience required:

8-10 years of management consulting
experience with a research / consulting firm
- Experience in delivery of at least 7-10
commercial due diligence engagements (PE
CDD experience is mandatory)
- Industry-specific consulting experience is
mandatory
- Personal client relationships and market
connect will be an advantage

Education qualification: MBA tier 1 college
