Viostream is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to assist our product team to provide a reliable and secure platform for our customers. Join us to help continually improve our infrastructure and help our customers meet their goals.

The Role

As Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a key member of an agile team that is responsible for delivering a best-in-class video hosting platform. You will span across all areas of the platform, from database, through to data processing and ETL, and web services.

Who are you?

You are personable and relatable, with hands on experience in software-as-a-service platforms.

You are interested in DevOps practices, from automation to orchestration.

Bonus points for experience in video streaming and/or transcoding.

Essential Requirements

• 3+ years in cloud infrastructure environments (preferably AWS)
• 1+ year infrastructure as code (Terraform, Packer)
• 2+ years containerization experience (Docker, ECS)
• DevOps experience (GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
  
  

Desirable Technology Experience

• Experience managing Linux environments (both x86_64 and ARM64)
• Experience with video streaming and/or transcoding
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Bash or C#)
• Experience managing a SIEM
• Proficient in AWS Architecture and implementation
• Octopus Deploy
