Your role is not only about providing accurate and efficient business insights but also about improving the overall customer experience. In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to utilise various delivery tools to present your findings most effectively. Whether it's creating visually compelling dashboards or preparing comprehensive reports, your aim is to ensure that the insights are easily understood and actionable by decision-makers.

Your impact extends even further as you combine your analytical skills with intuition. Uncovering hidden patterns, asking insightful questions, and providing intuitive interpretations of data, bring a unique perspective that enhances the quality of insights delivered.

With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. At Entain AUS & NZ, we value a flexible work environment and support a hybrid working model, allowing employees to spend two days a week at the office, ensuring work-life balance and individual preferences. This role is based in Brisbane.

Your day-to-day...

• Extracting business information from data and working directly with business stakeholders to communicate insights.
• Work closely with the business areas to help them up-skill their understanding of data and how it can help them improve their business decisions.
• Strong ability to communicate complicated analytical techniques and results in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Extract, interpret, and present operational data to build business insight.
• Communicate insights to business stakeholders in a manner that aids and informs
• Contribute to the execution of the Insights strategy and employ strong data governance across the organisation.
• Develop operational and analytical reports, dashboards, datasets, and other reporting tools for various departments.
• Contribute to an innovative environment that transitions the reporting function from a reactive, task-based group to a proactive, forward-looking team that helps guide the business.

What you’ll bring...

• Experience extracting business information from data and communicating insights directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, including a talent for interpreting business requirements and translating them into business insights.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proven client communication, stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to communicate complicated analytical techniques and results in an easy-to-understand manner
• Innovative approach to problem-solving and results interpretation.
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data structures.
