What you'll do:

• Fan Engagement & Community Building: Contribute to the implementation of fan development strategies, including online and offline initiatives to foster a strong and engaged fan community.
• Partnership Development & Support: Assist in researching, identifying, and engaging potential partners across various industries, including brands, cultural institutions, and government entities.
• Content Creation & Coordination: Support the development and execution of special content projects, such as localized music videos, cover projects, and digital campaigns.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the music industry and related sectors.
• Coordination: Provide administrative and logistical support for special projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs to measure the success of various initiatives.

Who you are:

•  Marketing & Agency Savvy : You possess a good understanding of marketing principles and preferably you have an experience as intern in agencies, particularly within the entertainment or e-commerce sectors.
• A Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in team environments, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and understand the importance of building strong relationships with partners.
• An Ethical & Reliable Individual: You maintain high ethical standards, demonstrate integrity, and are committed to delivering on your responsibilities.
• An Adaptable & Results-Oriented Performer: You are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by a desire to achieve measurable outcomes.
•  A Digital Content Creator: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) or Final Cut Pro, and can quickly fulfill basic editing requests for visual content.
