Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and tech-savvy Junior Treasury Operations member to join our team in Toronto, Canada.
You will be responsible for supporting back-end system operations, design, and optimization of the cashier system. You will also be responsible for the forward-looking strategy for payment solutions.
Experience in customer support is essential, with a demonstrated history of delivering exceptional service and guidance, while ensuring a seamless customer support experience and facilitating effective communication across various departments.
You will work with the Treasury Payments Team and report to our Treasury Payments Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support various types of payment solutions
- Grow the overall usage of each payment solution by optimizing cashier
- Serve as the internal payments specialist by monitoring industry trends and customer behaviours and making recommendations to Senior Management and development team for enhanced user experience
- Monitor, analyze, and improve the customer experience in cashier
- Coordinate with the Treasury Operations on the payment solution integration process
- Assist the Treasury Operations to research and contract new payment methods in local markets
- Balance management of various payment processors
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of related experience and/or education preferred
- Strong background in online payments and knowledge of the broad payments landscape, domestic and global payment trends, and emerging payment technologies
- Seamless Microsoft Excel navigation (At least 1 year of experience)
- Proven problem solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Entrepreneurial spirit and resourceful
- Eager to learn, achieve, grow, and succeed
Profile Differentiators:
- Experience in managing payment solutions including risk management, fee negotiation, application, and searching for new payment solutions in local markets
- Associates Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in big payment processors (i.e. Nuvei, Worldpay) is a plus
- Have base knowledge of Poker

- Annual performance raise
- Discretionary bonus up to 30% of salary
