close cooperation with the art director, concept artists, 3D animators, and technical artists to create high-quality 3D models of characters, weapons, environment objects, and tech
forming a pipeline for producing 3D graphics and monitoring the team at every stage
creating Hi/Lo models of characters and objects based on concepts
forming a pool of tasks for the 3D department, estimating time frames, and providing feedback
developing, maintaining, and keeping check of the visual style of produced 3D models
solving technical and artistic tasks in the 3D department
creating the department's art documentation and keeping it up to date
