The Opportunity
The DME B2B Engineering Team is looking for a hardworking, highly technical and optimistic lead data engineer. As a part of the core engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the technical vision and execution of the data flow pipelines and data model architecture as well as leading a team of engineers. You will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment, partnering closely with fellow developers, quality engineers, designers, and product managers. Your role as a lead developer will play a key part in hand delivering an incredible user experience. We are looking for someone who holds high standards for their own work. The ideal candidate is clearly the one who is adaptable to an agile, collaborative environment and has a consistent track record of success in shipping mobile applications. What you will do
Deliver high quality, data pipelines connecting to a variety of systems and build batch/real time pipelines and own them.
Work closely with geographically distributed quality engineers, product management, user experience designers to deliver the requirements.
Write automation tests to fully test your code.
Code review your peers work in a thoughtful constructive manner.
Be a mentor and role model for junior engineers.

What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
Expertise in Python/Java programming.
Expertise in Cloud Platforms Azure/AWS/GCP.
8+ years experience in developing and deploying data pipelines, preferably in the Cloud; Azure, AWS and Databricks experience is a plus.
Expertise in data modeling enterprise scale system
Amazing problem solving skills and inclination towards understanding Adobe's B2B business to support the stakeholders.
Experience of working in an agile environment.
Ability to innovate and find creative solutions to challenges.
Good understanding of object-oriented design and knowledge of product life cycles and associated issues.
Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of architecture, design, and performance.
Must have excellent communication skills.
