Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle  is our leader,  currently holding the #1 spot among all Word IOS, Android games in the US.

We're on the hunt for a skilled Level Designer to work on Cryptogram project.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Create New Levels: Design and develop new levels for the project, including selecting quotes and encoding them for Cryptogram

  • Content Management: Enter and manage content within the game, working with data tables to ensure accurate implementation

  • Difficulty Curve Design: Develop and balance the difficulty curve of levels to create an engaging player experience

  • Level Analytics and A/B Testing: Analyze level performance using game analytics, and conduct A/B tests to optimize level design and player engagement

  • Game Design Documentation: Write and maintain detailed game design documentation, ensuring clear communication of level design and gameplay mechanics

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Level Designer, specifically in puzzle, match-3, or similar genres

  • Strong understanding of difficulty and balance principles in casual puzzle games

  • Demonstrated success in refining levels to improve game metrics

  • Extensive knowledge of various games, particularly within the puzzle genre

  • Russian language is a must

  • Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus:

  • Spanish or German knowledge 

  • Experience working with Unity
