Врши машинска обработка на делови и склопови.
Главни одговорности:
- Чита и применува техничка документација
- Подготвува мерен, стезен и контролен алат
- Ги подготвува работните парчиња за обработка (мери, позиционира, порамнува и сл.)
- Изработува пробно парче, го доставува на контрола и по потреба спроведува корекции
- Ја надгледува работата на машините и по потреба помага во разрешување на недостатоци и проблеми во машинската обработка
- Врши машинска обработка на делови (оперира ЦНЦ и/или класична машина)
- Врши финална обработка на произведените парчиња со браварски операции (турпијање, шмирглање, симнување рабови, естетско дотерување, полирање и сл.)
- Врши визуелна проверка и проверка со мерење на изработените парчиња и одговара за квалитетот и количината на изработката
- Ја надгледува работата на машините, открива и пријавува неисправности во функционирањето на машината
- Врши редовно одржување на машините и опремата (чистење и подмачкување)
- Врши подредување, пакување и обележување на изработените парчиња согласно техничката документација
- Навремено, уредно и точно пополнува евиденција поврзана со работните операции (работен налог, SPC листи и сл.)
- По потреба извршува и други работни операции
Квалификации:
Минимални барања: Машински техничар, електро-техничар или друго образование со соодветна обука или искуство. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително.
Предност - најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство

Position Summary:
Performs machine processing of parts and assemblies.
Major Responsibilities:
- Reads and applies technical documentation
- Prepares measuring, pointing and control tools
- Prepares the workpiece for processing (measuring, positioning, aligning, etc.)
- Develops a trial piece, submits it for review, and makes adjustments as needed
- Supervises machine operation and helps to resolve defects and problems in machining when needed
- Machining parts (operates CNC and / or classic machine)
- Performs final processing of manufactured pieces with locksmith operations (brushing, trimming, edging removal, aesthetic adjustment, polishing, etc.)
- Performs visual inspection and verification by measuring the manufactured pieces and is responsible for the quality and quantity of the workmanship.
- Monitors machine performance, detects and reports machine malfunctions
- Performs regular maintenance of machinery and equipment (cleaning and lubrication)
- Arranges, packs and labels the manufactured pieces according to the technical documentation
- Timely, neatly and accurately complete records related to work operations (work order, SPC lists, etc.)
- Performs other work operations if needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: Machine or electro technician or other education with related training or experience. Macedonian language is a must.
Advantage: min. 1 year related work experience
