About your role

We’re seeking a Creative Operations Manager to build a unified system for advertising creative production at Nexters. In this role, you’ll be responsible for aligning 8–10 creative teams (both in-house and freelance) under a single process and set of standards to ensure manageability, transparency, and predictability in creative production. The goal is to increase the win rate (performance) of our advertising creatives and boost their contribution to business results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building a single production process for advertising creatives – from ideation to final delivery.
  • Aligning the work of ~10 creative mini-teams (in-house and freelance) under unified standards and a common cadence.
  • Implementing performance metrics (win rate, CTR, etc.) and establishing transparent result tracking
  • Continuously improving production efficiency by introducing new technologies, tools, and AI solutions to accelerate production cycles.
  • Ensuring transparency across the process – clear stages, deadlines, and responsibilities for all stakeholders.
  • Setting up smooth communication between creative teams, producers, and marketers – everyone working in sync toward a shared goal.

We hope that you have

  • Experience managing products, projects, or complex operational processes – with delivered initiatives that directly improved business outcomes through team workflow changes.
  • A proven track record of owning a project, product, or team that generated business value.
  • Skills in building processes from scratch and documenting them in clear, structured regulations.
  • The ability to manage by data – set KPIs, analyze metrics, and make decisions accordingly.
  • Systemic thinking and a structured approach, with a strong focus on efficiency and results.
  • Excellent organisational skills – you can build team workflows, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills – you can speak the language of both creative producers and data analysts.
  • Willingness to dive into a new domain (games, marketing creatives) – direct experience in gamedev or ad production is not required, as long as you’re eager to learn fast.
