Job Description

Nexters is an international game development company that aims to bring core gaming experiences to casual players. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify commercial opportunities for scaling the company's intellectual property and launch partnership projects to drive user acquisition and boost brand awareness. This role involves identifying and launching new user growth channels through partnerships, building and managing external partner pipelines, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams. You will also test growth hypotheses, analyze key metrics, and monitor trends in user-generated content, the creator economy, and game advertising.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Proven ability to identify and launch unconventional partnership formats
  • Solid understanding of the mobile games market
  • Track record of deal-making and managing external partner relationships
  • Fluent English (written, verbal, and negotiation-ready)
  • Self-starter attitude with strong ownership and results orientation
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and testing hypotheses fast
Good to have:
  • Experience in the gaming industry, especially in UA, BD, or partnerships
  • Strong network in the space: creators, studios, aggregators, platforms
  • Successful sales experience in the mobile gaming industry
  • Working with brands and creators

About your role

We’re looking for a BizDev Manager to help scale one of the most recognizable gaming IPs.
You’ll be responsible for launching new partnership-driven initiatives, identifying unconventional user acquisition sources, and building long-term relationships with external players across the industry. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive growth from scratch: pitch ideas, close deals, launch pilots, and scale what works.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and launch new user growth channels through partnerships with game studios, platforms, agencies, and creators
  • Build and manage a pipeline of external partners: from research and first contact to deal closure and project launch
  • Lead negotiations, structure commercial offers, align on deal terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, analytics, legal) to implement and support initiatives
  • Test growth hypotheses: run pilots, analyze key metrics (traffic, payments, retention, ARPPU), scale successful cases
  • Monitor trends in UGC, the creator economy, and game advertising to apply best practices in new partnership formats

What we’re looking for:

Work format

In one of the company's offices in Cyprus, Armenia and Kazakhstan or remotely.

We hope that you have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of successful partnerships with tangible commercial results: signed deals, launched projects, and achieved performance goals
  • Understanding of mobile gaming trends, game development and promotion across genres (from mid-core to hypercasual), and the creator economy
  • Knowledge of mobile advertising basics and user acquisition principles
  • Experience working with game studios, creators, and platforms
  • Fluent English (business correspondence, calls, and presentations)
  • Ability to work independently, quickly test hypotheses and operate effectively in conditions of uncertainty

Nice to have

  • Successful sales experience in the mobile gaming industry, as well as working with brands and creators
  • A strong network in the gaming industry: publishers, studios, creators, and brands
