As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. As the Manager of Google Cloud Business Platforms Production Support, you will develop team members into skilled troubleshooting experts and cross-functional leaders who will be able to diagnose a wide variety of issues within minutes and also treat each issue as an input for product innovation.

Responsibilities
- Develop the idea, goals, priorities, and work alongside the team to accomplish them, ensure high-quality customer service, enhance the operations, and develop the team’s technical skills and instrumentation on an ongoing basis.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to advocate for customers with a data-driven approach. Break down customer issues into meaningful areas for innovation in the overall product, recognize trends in customer feedback, and escalate product problems and operational issues within Google.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources).
- Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that focus on high business impact for the organization and product area.
