Job Description

As a Marketing Group Leader, you will define and coordinate marketing strategy and activation plans for OTC brands (Voltaren, ProRhinel, Advil, Centrum) across various distribution channels, including pharmacies, parapharmacies, e-commerce, and mass-market retail. You will manage a team of 4 product managers and 2 interns. Responsibilities include developing a 3-year strategic plan, coordinating activation plans with expert and commercial excellence teams, driving media and digital strategy, collaborating with commercial teams, influencing innovation and communication tools, and managing the P&L of your category. You will need to energize and unite the collaborators around your brands.
Must have:
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods sector.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic and autonomous with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, motivate and mobilize.
  • Reactive and agile in change management.

Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) Chef de Groupe Marketing.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Marketing France, le/la Chef de Groupe Marketing définit et coordonne la stratégie marketing et la construction des plans d’activation pour soutenir la croissance de ses marques OTC (Voltaren, ProRhinel, Advil, Centrum) dans les différents canaux de distribution (pharmacies, parapharmacies, e-commerce et grande distribution).

Il/elle manage & développe une équipe de 4 chefs de produit et 2 alternants.

Ses principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Elaborer le plan stratégique à 3 ans de votre catégorie.
  • Coordonner la construction et la mise en œuvre des plans d’activation avec les équipes expert & excellence commerciale
  • Piloter la stratégie média & digitale avec le support de notre agence média
  • Assurer une collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales siège & terrain
  • Assurer une collaboration étroite avec la BU Europe du Nord et le Global pour influencer le développement d’innovations et des outils de communications (pubs TV, claims, packaging)
  • Piloter efficacement le P&L de votre catégorie
  • Energiser & fédérer les collaborateurs autour de vos marques

Votre profil :

De niveau Bac +5, vous avez au minimum 5 années d’expérience dans la fonction marketing.


Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du secteur des biens de grande consommation.
Vous parlez couramment anglais et avez une aisance relationnelle et dans les prises de parole à l’oral.

Dynamique et autonome, vous êtes force de proposition. Vous avez l’esprit entrepreneurial et collaboratif et avez la capacité à prioriser, déléguer, motiver et mobiliser.

Vous faites preuve de réactivité et d’agilité dans la conduite du changement.
