We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager with a strong cybersecurity background to help drive the go-to-market (GTM) success of our enterprise security solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Eloqua Management: Oversee and optimize Eloqua marketing automation, including campaign setup, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture programs.

  • Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and track global partner enablement campaigns to drive engagement and revenue growth.

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Process Optimization: Establish and refine marketing operations processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Data Management: Ensure data hygiene, lead management, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with partner marketing, demand generation, sales, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • Technology Integration: Manage integrations between Eloqua and CRM, ensuring seamless data flow.

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct testing on email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows to improve conversion rates.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.

  • Training & Enablement: Educate internal teams on Eloqua best practices and campaign execution strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 8+ years of marketing operations or related experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity or enterprise technology.

    • Proven success in launching and marketing B2B enterprise security solutions.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

    • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Broadcom’s cybersecurity solutions or equivalent enterprise-grade security products.

  • Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000  - $160,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
