A fantastic opportunity to join one of the most exciting game studios within our collaborative team, working on an Adventure / Action RPG in a semi-realistic style, developed with Unreal Engine 5

WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technical Artist to bridge the gap between art and technology in our creative team. In this role, you will drive the technical aspects of our artistic production, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow for 3D art creation.

THAT IS GREAT BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR THE DAY TO DAY?

· Research and Development: Explore and develop cutting-edge tools, shaders, and technical solutions to enhance artistic output and streamline production.

· Workflow Optimization: Establish and maintain efficient workflows for the art production pipeline, ensuring consistency and scalability.

· Support and Collaboration: Work closely with 2D/3D artists, animators, programmers, and designers to provide guidance and support throughout the 3D art pipeline and ensure alignment with project goals.

· Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate technical requirements and ensure their feasibility within project constraints.

· Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce production quality benchmarks, optimizing for both visual fidelity and performance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Real-Time 3D Expertise: Skilled in next-gen tools and techniques.

· Experience: 5+ years as a Technical Artist in game development.

Requirements

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

· Proven experience in technical art, with a strong understanding of 3D pipelines, next-gen techniques and tools.

· Proficiency in tools and software commonly used in 3D production (e.g., Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, houdini, etc).

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

· You express yourself clearly in English and enjoy being part of an international, multicultural environment.

· Ability to be available, patient, benevolent and inclusive

· Extra : You have a good knowledge of C# and HLSL

· Extra: You have experience working with Unreal, especially with its render features.
