Overseas Market Director
Responsible for the distribution of IGG products in overseas markets, including the development of distribution strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop game publishing plans based on different product milestones and goals, including user acquisition (UA), influencer collaborations, community building, esports, and other areas. Coordinate material and packaging efforts to continuously understand and analyze the market, optimize strategies, and enhance promotional effectiveness.
2.Based on market and user insights, drive the implementation of market recommendations within the R&D team.
3.Responsible for creative planning and accompanying communication for key versions or marketing milestones to achieve brand exposure and user penetration goals.
4.Actively explore new growth directions by identifying global or key regions such as Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea, and leveraging content hotspots (such as IP/influencer collaborations) and traffic dividends through new platform channels.
5.Oversee the execution of offline activities in overseas markets.
Job Requirements:
1.At least 5 years of experience in game marketing, with in-depth experience in product distribution, including at least 2 years of experience in SLG mobile game publishing. Good understanding of the market environment, distribution channels, and strategies of major companies in global or key regions such as Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea.
2.Location is flexible, can be anywhere globally. Proficient in English as a working language. Excellent project management skills, cross-department collaboration awareness, and organizational abilities.
3.Strong branding and creative thinking abilities, understanding of user preferences in global or key regions such as Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea. Exceptional industry insights, ability to quickly grasp trends and implement them, and willingness to explore new market approaches.
