We are seeking a People Experience Specialist As a People Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience while managing various HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Macedonian Payroll processing and familiarity with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management, including content creation, platform management, and employer branding.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and Macedonian.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and current trends in employee engagement and employer branding is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding:
- Full-cycle talent acquisition journey, sourcing, interviewing and supporting candidates through the process, while creating unforgettable experiences with every interaction.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand, attract top talent, and engage with potential candidates.
- Create compelling content and manage social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, engagement metrics, and candidate feedback to continuously improve the employer branding strategy.
Compensation Management:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees based in Macedonia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary payroll data, including attendance records, leaves, and bonus calculations.
- Stay updated on Macedonian labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll, deductions, and related matters.
Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Organize company meals, events, meetings, and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive experience for all participants.
- Travel management
Employee Engagement and Support:
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation, and benefits enrollment.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, surveys, and team-building activities.
- Provide HR support to employees by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining employee records.
- Support the HRBP in any other projects and tasks
